For those wishing to pay with a JCB, American Express or Diners card, please click the link for Paypal to be taken to their site for payment. Please complete your payment there and follow the instructions presented.
One note concerning PayPal：
For some customers making payment over an insecure WiFi connection such as a coffee shop, Paypal may not be able to complete the transaction. If you encounter difficulty, please make your payment over a secure network, such as your home.
Please be aware that some countries may add a VAT or Customs tax on items shipped internationally. We at beautydevices.biz do not know the particular import taxes and restrictions and bear no responsibility for any VAT or other charges assessed by your particular country. Any such tax and/or charges will be borne by the customer.
All items will be shipped via FEDEX and be sent from Singapore. Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery, but your item will typically be shipped within 2 business days of your order. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-15 days depending upon your location. All shipments will have a tracking number assigned to them.
Note: FEDEX is unable to ship to post office boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order.
We are sorry that we cannot provide an exact time as this can vary greatly depending on your location and time required to clear Customs.
Deadline for returns: Customers may return their product within 8 days of delivery. The product must be returned in good condition and with all parts and manuals included. In addition, the item must be shipped back in the original branded box. Once received in Singapore and the condition of the mask is confirmed, a full refund will be issued for the purchase price, but you the customer would bear the return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 working days for the item to be inspected and for the refund to be processed once it arrives at our offices. Your credit card processing company may require additional time, but typically the funds show up within a few days of being processed.
In the case of faulty products on receipt: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state clearly what is wrong with the mask. (For example, the mask does not light up). Our staff may request additional information to diagnose the problem. If necessary, we will work with you to have the mask shipped back to our office to confirm the faulty device and to have a new one shipped out to you as soon as possible. Please give us 7 working days to complete the diagnostic and to arrange the shipment of a replacement mask for you. All such claims for a faulty mask must be made within 30 days of delivery. In the case of a faulty product, shipping charges shall be borne by Eye-Lens Private Limited.
In the case delivery is refused: Please note that in this case, there will be a charge for both delivery and return postage.
