1. Delivery Schedule
Orders are fulfilled and processed within 2-3 business days of order placement and are shipped with FEDEX International. Delivery time varies by country, but typically it may take 10-15 days from the day of your order.
Should delivery be refused, Eye-Lens Pte Ltd reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges from any refund due.
Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from Eye-Lens / Beauty Devices. These additional charges are to be paid by you.

Please note that due to our distribution agreement, we cannot ship the Aduro Masks (7+1, Red, Blue) to Singapore.

2. Declaration of Value and Product Description
In compliance with international laws, we will state the full value of each order on the shipping label. We will send an invoice along with the order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.

3. Import Taxes
Import taxes and duties vary by country. You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them.

4. Your Contact Information
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate and complete. This contact information may be used by FEDEX International to contact you in case they have any problems delivering your order. If the carrier has problems delivering the order, Eye-Lens Pte Ltd will not liable for any items lost in mail due to wrong or incomplete address provided. In the event item is returned as a result of wrong address, Eye-Lens Pte Ltd reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges from any refund due.

5. Customs information
Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed, returned or confiscated. We recommend that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. Please note that Eye-Lens Pte Ltd will not be liable for any packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We seek your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

6. Return Policy
You may return the purchased product within 30 days from your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once the returned item is received, and the condition of the product is confirmed, a full refund will be issued for the purchase price, but you - the customer will have to bear the return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 working days for the item to be inspected and for the refund to be processed once it arrives at our offices. Your credit card processing company may require additional time, but typically the funds show up within a few days of being processed. Eye-Lens Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject the refund in the event the product was not returned in the necessary conditions for refund.
Please Note - For the reVive Lip therapy device: Since this device is partially inserted into the mouth, this product cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In that event, you will be able to exchange the faulty item for the same item. Please contact us at info@beautydevices.biz and state clearly what is wrong with the product. Our staff may request additional information to diagnose the problem. If necessary, we will work with you to have the product shipped back to our office to confirm the faulty device and to have a new one shipped out to you as soon as possible. It may take up to 7 working days to complete the diagnostic and to arrange the shipment of a replacement product for you. All such claims for a faulty product must be made within 30 days of delivery. In the case of a faulty product, shipping charges shall be borne by Eye-Lens Private Limited.

8. Warranty
All the product come with a full one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Specific products may have extended warranty period, which will be indicated in the specific product page. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect or other external causes The warranty is voided if the product is used with unapproved third-party accessories or if the product is modified in any way. This warranty applies only to items purchased on this site.
To receive service for our products, please contact our support staff with the details. Any repairs done by a non-authorized service center will void the warranty.
